So now let\u2019s do it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Method\"><\/span>Method&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"1\">\n<li>Salted Butter (or unsalted butter and a bit of salt)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line your normal baking tray with some greaseproof paper&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>3.Put the oats and pecans on your baking tray and put in the oven until lightly toasted which is about 8-10 minutes&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. While the oats are toasting put the honey, caster sugar, and butter in a saucepan and heat on a medium heat stirring constantly until the butter has melted and the sugar has dissolved&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Pour the mixture on to the baking tray and spread around&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Then take your spatula and press the mixture hard really do it well because this is what makes the bars stick together&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Then when you have done this put the bars in the fridge for at least 2 hours&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. Then enjoy!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Storing_Them\"><\/span>Storing Them&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Store them in an airtight container in the fridge&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Variations\"><\/span>Variations&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can very this basic recipe. For example, you could use almonds or other nuts instead of pecans. Or change the added extras from banana and goji berry to for example peanut butter and chocolate. There is room for experiment!
